LinkedIn Depth Signals: What Makes People Keep Reading

LinkedIn does not publish the precise weights of its content ranking model. What you can do is design posts for the depth signals you can observe — reading time, meaningful comments, saves, and sends — instead of chasing surface reactions. This article is an editorial framework for writing posts that earn those signals, not an algorithm leak.

Consent Mode & Privacy

Google Ads Consent Mode Checklist for June 15, 2026

Starting June 15, 2026, Google Analytics will transition to using Consent Mode (within Google Ads) as the single control for data — so a misconfigured consent state on that day quietly degrades Google Ads conversion reporting. Use this pre-flight checklist to test consent routing, tag behaviour, GA4 events, landing-page tracking and the BigQuery backup before any budget moves.

Google Ads 37-Month Data Retention: What to Export

Starting June 1, 2026, Google Ads keeps hourly, daily and weekly reporting data for 37 months, monthly, quarterly and annual data for 11 years, and reach and frequency metrics for 3 years (policy verbatim). ChatGPT Ads Manager: Setting Up Your First Campaign

On May 5, 2026, OpenAI announced a beta self-serve Ads Manager for ChatGPT with CPC bidding alongside CPM. Treat your first campaign as a controlled test, not a growth claim: prepare the landing page, the offer and the measurement plan, pick CPC or CPM deliberately, keep budgets small, and use OpenAI’s Conversions API or pixel for post-click events. This tutorial walks the workflow without inventing benchmarks.

How to Read Search Console’s Generative AI Report

On June 3, 2026, Google announced Search Generative AI performance reports inside Search Console, covering AI Overviews, AI Mode and Discover AI surfaces. Google is rolling them out to a subset of sites first, and the same data still lives in the overall performance report. The new report shows impressions, pages, countries, devices (Search only) and dates — useful for visibility baselining, not for proving traffic loss.
